The South American Trek begins; first stop, PERU!

After substantial planning, some last-minute heroics, and a number of helpful Latin traveler’s tips, the South American adventure is scheduled and ready for commencement. The general outline of the adventure is as follows:

Peru (Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu): 6/14 -> 6/28;
Colombia (Caribbean coast): 6/28 ->7/15;
and Brazil (Ipanema Beach): 7/16 ->8/15.

Many of the details in between are already established, while others will be made up depending on the feeling of the day. Regardless, these stories will be shared over the coming months. Tune in as often as you’d like, and I will attempt to entertain you as frequently as possible along the way. I'm thrilled -- this is going to be a experience that I will never forget!
