This is my crew. From the left is the cocinero, or chef - Cesar, the arriero, or horsemen - Carlos, and my guia, or leader - Alex. They were all fantastic. Can you pick out the gringo in the picture? :-)

I wouldn't say gringo. I would say the stud in the pic.
